Former senator George J. Mitchell will present his report on the use of performance-enhancing drugs in baseball tomorrow at 2 p.m. Eastern time. That’s when the world will begin to learn who used the Clear, how players got their hands on HGH and to what extent amphetamines were a part of the sport’s culture.
